Tired my feet hurt....need i say more on how today went..
i shared the good news today (sort of ) i hope God gives me the opportunity to share some more im doing as much as i can in a public school but i really love this kid and want to see her go to heaven with me.
Bell dog and callie were good on their walk they met a new friend and bell would not go in the water someday i will get her in
ouch that hurts my feet just started pounding.
So i was at the gym and i started on a 25 min fat burn on the treadmill and then 5 on the bike and then i said what the heck ill try the stair think.....big mistake 2 min on that and i was dying i looked so fat and pathetic. all these smug slim people was watching me arrrrg.

who cares what they think...they have probably never struggled with their weight....they have no clue. And yea you for walking...I need to get back to the gym soon.
ReplyDeleteAnd also, about that kid, you can say whatever you want if they ask you...you just can't put them in a corner and force them to listen. :)
